Neurofeedback Training

Neurofeedback offers a safe, drug-free way to enhance mental wellbeing. It promotes relaxation, better sleep, emotional balance, and sharper focus while helping reduce symptoms of anxiety, depression, ADHD, and sensory sensitivity.
01
What It Is:
-
A gentle, non-invasive method that trains the brain to self-regulate and function more efficiently.
-
Uses real-time feedback on brain activity to promote calmness, focus, and emotional balance.
03
Why Choose Neurofeedback
-
Backed by over 50 years of scientific use for improving mental and emotional wellbeing.
-
Supports people dealing with stress, anxiety, ADHD, insomnia, burnout, and mood changes.
-
Safe, drug-free, and comfortable process.
02
How It Works
-
During each session, sensors are placed on the scalp to monitor brainwave activity.
-
The system gives feedback through visuals or sounds that change as brain patterns improve.
-
Over time, the brain learns to create healthier activity patterns naturally.
04
What to Expect
-
Begins with an initial consultation to understand needs.
-
Followed by regular 30–45 minute sessions where progress is monitored and feedback given.
-
Frequency and number of sessions are personalized for each client.

Sophia is easy to talk to, personable, non-judgemental and gives great knowledge and understanding to what I'm going through. I feel I'm able to express myself and gain insight into my own mind from her experienced POV. Sophia has been a massive help at my time of need.
Sophia has a very gentle and soothing demeanor and she was very understanding. She would always be careful to refocus the conversation but she would never interrupt. Highly recommend her.
